Non existent customer service
Wish I could give it zero stars. Bought the microwave in February, it stopped working properly in August. I have been jumping through hoops for the last four months trying to get customer service to actually provide customer service. I just want the microwave fixed, exchanged for one that works, or just give me my money back. They have done nothing but give me the run around. I will never purchase anything made by LG again. Their customer service seems to be to wear the customer down until they’re so sick of dealing with you, they just say f* it and give up. Look elsewhere! Read more
