Shipping & Delivery
How shipping works on Ventari — from order processing to delivery, tracking, and what to do when something doesn't go as planned.
Order processing
After you place an order, it enters processing: payment verification, order confirmation, and preparation for shipment. Processing time varies by item. If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately, each with their own tracking number.
Shipping options and costs
Available shipping options and costs are shown at checkout. They vary by item, destination, weight, and carrier availability. Promotional shipping offers, where applicable, will be clearly shown before you place the order.
Delivery estimates
Delivery estimates are predictions based on item availability, handling time, distance, and carrier performance. They can be affected by weather, peak volume, or carrier delays — they are estimates, not guarantees.
Ventari uses automated systems to predict delivery windows based on carrier transit history, destination distance, and fulfillment timing. Use the delivery window as your planning guide rather than expecting a specific time of day.
Tracking your package
Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking details. Tracking may take time to update after the label is created — this is normal during initial carrier intake.
- Label created: The label exists but may not be scanned yet.
- In transit: Moving through the carrier network.
- Out for delivery: On a local vehicle for delivery today.
- Delivered: Marked as delivered by the carrier.
Common delivery issues
Check tracking for the latest scan. If there's been no update and the delivery window has passed, contact Ventari support so we can confirm status and next steps.
Carriers sometimes scan slightly early or deliver to a nearby location (front desk, mailroom, neighbor). Check the area and anyone in your household. If still missing, contact support.
If you notice an error right after checkout, contact support immediately. Changes may not be possible after shipment, but we'll do what we can.
Keep the packaging and contact support. Photos help speed up resolution considerably.
International shipping
Where available, international shipping is shown at checkout. International deliveries may involve customs processing and additional transit time. Duties or taxes are typically governed by the destination country and may not be included unless explicitly stated at checkout.
Address tips
- Use a complete address including unit numbers and building codes.
- Double-check street name and city spelling.
- Add delivery instructions for buildings with access requirements.
- If package theft is a concern in your area, use a secure delivery location when available.
