Ventari is designed to work with modern browsers and common assistive technologies. Experience can differ across device, browser, and screen reader combinations. If you encounter an issue, the more detail you can provide the better:

• Device type (mobile / desktop) and operating system
• Browser name and version
• Assistive technology name and version, if applicable
• The page URL and what you were trying to do

Ventari's AI-driven features — search, discovery, assistant-style help — are built with accessibility as a requirement. We aim to ensure AI-driven components:

• Expose clear labels and roles for screen readers
• Can be opened, used, and closed with keyboard-only navigation
• Do not trap focus
• Do not rely on colour alone to communicate state
• Respect reduced-motion preferences
