These are my favorite spiral notebooks. I love the grid square. It keeps order as I check boxes on my “things to do” list. Price was reasonable. The front & back is a hard cardboard material. But you can use some colored pens to draw on the black surface. I liked these better than others I’ve purchased with clear liner. The paper is also nice. Read more

Hard to find steno-style notebook with YELLOW GRAPH paper Fountain pen does not bleed through the 80 gsm paper. 70 sheets per pad (sold as 2-pack) Sheets are NOT perforated for a clean edge when removed from the pad. Graph lines are printed on both sides so can use the back as well. NOTE: The size is A5 (European std). If you're used to a 6 x 9 INCH steno pad, it is "slightly smaller" but comparable. The difference is mostly in the length. This product is 8.27"L x 5.79"W. I plan to use to keep track of bills paid and bank activity, so can create my own "columns" as desired. Sturdy double wire binding at short end. Can use either portrait mode or horizontal. Excellent packaging. Each pad came in its own cellophane wrapper with two pads inside another clear baggie. Covers are plain flat black (no printing on them). Can be customized and labeled as you like. Black covers are cardstock. Not very stiff, though. When away from your desk, a small clipboard would provide a better mobile writing surface. Read more

The grid paper in this notepad is nice, smooth. I tried various types of pens and markers and all worked well. Of course, a Sharpie did bleed through, but highlighters did not. This notepad does not have a very sturdy cover. It’s made of cardstock, so it’s quite floppy. I prefer a heavier cardboard or pressboard cover to protect the pages. For the price, I’ve purchased other similar notepads with better covers. Read more

Plain and simple, good quality engineer (5 squares/inch) graph paper, slightly yellow/green/beige, stiff cardboard front and back, strong spiral binding at the top. I like the top spiral better than on the side. Read more
