I’m really happy with this steam mop.I got it mainly because my baby is about to start crawling, and I suddenly became very aware of how clean the floors need to be. We also have a strict no-shoes-in-the-house policy, but even then floors can get dirty. What I like most is that it cleans using just steam and water, so I feel better knowing there aren’t any harsh chemicals left on the floor where my baby will be playing. The steam gets pretty hot and makes the floors feel truly clean, not just wiped. It’s also lightweight and easy to maneuver, which is a big plus when you’re trying to clean quickly during nap time. The mop and cleaner itself is great. I got it 3 days ago and I’ve been doing a lot of cleaning. Today when I was moping, the water tank was leaking. As I took it out I see that the rubber tubing had fallen into the tank somehow. I have no way of opening up the tank to fix it. I have reached out to the company in hopes of getting a replacement water tank since there are no others I can buy. If they cannot send a replacement, I can’t use it at all. Read more
