It heats up quickly and delivers strong, consistent steam that works great for what i need in the bathroom, kitchen , and on floors. The included attachments make it incredibly multifunctional—I’ve used the handheld unit for grout, windows, countertops, and other tight spaces with excellent results. The bathroom never felt so clean and sanitized. This is great for sanitizing everything without chemicals considering the upcoming cold and flu season. This steam mop with attachments is so great for cleaning everything from carpets to windows. Carpets look so clean. It definitely get to 248 degrees. Only thing is the the cord doesn’t have a hook attachment so it just hangs in a pile. Cord over long which is great but should have some type of way to hold the cord, otherwise the best steamer ever! I had a Karcher steamer that broke and I wanted something with some different style attachments. This steamer packs a serious punch and the fact I don’t have to hold down a button is a major plus as someone with joint problems. It also doesn’t drip and not having to buy filter replacements is nice. I really enjoy the scouring pad and scraper attachments, as those are things I haven’t seen before. What I will say is as far as I can tell, there is nowhere to purchase additional attachments and accessories other than the mop pads and that’s a massive problem, because they do need to be replaced. In particular, the scouring pad is not thick enough or dense enough and therefore not useful when it gets to saturated or warm. The wire brush works great but similarly, the regular detail brush bristles become soft and deformed after one or two uses because the heat warps them. I’ve had that issue with off brand karcher detail brushes too. I would love a larger bristle brush and a hose attachment so I can use it without carrying the weight of the water tank for things like grout cleaning. Overall I’m pretty happy with it, but replacing attachments will be a problem down the road. Read more

I bought this to use on our laminate wood floors because we have pets who make messes, and getting out the mop every time is cumbersome. I was very pleased with this mop. First, the assembly was very intuitive - you can't really get it wrong. The handle comes in three interchangeable parts so that you can easily adjust the length. It heats up very quickly. There is a user manual which contains a lot of helpful information but doesn't say much about actual usage steps, but I figured it out quickly (two presses of the power button to start the steaming process). There are lots of ways to use this, including stove-top cleaning and clothes steaming (adjust the length of the handle as needed), but my main purpose is for floor and upholstery cleaning. It cleans both wet and dried-on messes well. I included a picture of what the used pad looked like after I used it, next to the new clean pad. Mind you, this was after I had fully mopped our floors with a traditional mop three days earlier, so it definitely seems to have cleaned well. I feel good about using this, like I am really making our home more sanitary. It gets under the edges of shelves, furniture, and appliances where a regular mop can't go, and I really like that it cleans with steam instead of chemicals, which is healthier for us and our pets. The steam mop works well and heats up super fast. The attachments are very helpful too. I've used the window cleaner and I'm especially pleased with that as I've had a lot of difficulty getting the glass clean and not spotted. There are a couple of design flaws I have issue with: there's nothing to hold the cord on the main unit so it just hangs and is messy. Also, the water tank is difficult to remove - there's a button to push to release it but you have to pull on it simultaneously and there's nowhere to get a good grip on it . Very awkward.
