When I purchased my first bottle, I wanted to be as unbiased as possible. I did not tell my wife what I was doing. After about 2 weeks, she made a comment, "you don't look as stoved up as usual". I just said, "Well that's good". About a week later she commented again," You really do look more comfortable". After another week, we had taken a trip and she seen my bottle and asked what it was. I had to fess up! It really has made a difference . That being said, I currently get steroid injections in my spine every 90 days. I assumed the OptiWize was not helping my spinal degeneration, but it has made a great difference in my other joints (knees especially). My spinal injections are done in the MRI machine for guidance. The first times , the doctor would look at the scans and suggest injecting another location because there was more narrowing. When I had the last one two weeks ago, he said there was no change.
