Oral-B IQ replacement heads with softer bristles
These fit the Oral-B IQ series electric tooth brushes and work fine. Each one is individually sealed and includes a plastic head cover. I found the bristles to not be as firm as the Oral B brand - these are closer to a soft brush whereas the Oral B brand is closer to a medium. In the end these work, and the softer bristles are better for your teeth. I'm really good at swapping these every 3 months, and this pack will last me years, making it a great value. Read more
It gets the job done
The brush heads fit the Oral-B iO device and function as expected. However, the attachment isn't as smooth as I'd prefer—I need to apply a bit of pressure to attach and detach them. The bristles themselves are quite stiff, and I personally lean toward softer ones for daily use. Thankfully, the device has a pressure sensor that alerts you when you're brushing too hard; without it, I'd be concerned about potential long-term effects on my teeth and gums. Read more

I like that this comes in a large pack so you don't feel like you're getting hussled every purchase like when you get an "official" one. The fact it's a 10 pack means this box will last like 2.5 years. They are all individually wrapped and they are great brush heads. Read more

Not great
These are pretty bad in comparison to the real deal. They do fit, but not well. They do “work” but not as intended by OralB as they do not have a magnetic connection, which makes them very loud. My biggest complaint is the outside shell is not round, it is fluted, which makes it a little rough on the lips.
