I received a flat square box, 6.75" (17x17cm) on a side and ~5/8" (17mm) thick that contains four blister packs with 4 brushes each for a total of 16 brushes. The 4 brushes in each blister pack each have a different colored ring pre-installed at the base: yellow, pink, green, and blue. The square box has the expected, "Made in China" but the individual blister packs do not. They both have "EVAROST CONSULTING LTD" with an address in the UK (London) and an email address but no website URL. The blister packs are labelled "B31" which seems to be a model number. Quality seems to be fairly typical for generic replacement toothbrush heads, not as good as the name brand but a lot cheaper. The 16 brush package was $9.99 at the time I wrote this review. If they were the same price as the OEM name-brand replacement brushes I'd only give these 3-4 stars, but at a price that is much much less I'll give them 5-stars as a good value. Read more

The replacement brush heads arrived quickly and were as described. And, they arrived just in time as my brush needed an immediate replacement. I could tell absolutely no difference between the name brand brushes and these brushes. The feel of the bristles is the same, the fit onto the unit is the same, the quality of construction seems to be the same. Basically, the replacement brushes are “the same” as the original – which is exactly the desired outcome. My family and I have been using Oral B toothbrush for years because the shape of the round brush head that rotates and reaches all the areas of the mouth is a very effective design for oral health. This 16- pack (4 sealed packs of 4 brushes) offers replacement brushes that look and feel like the OEM and are 100% compatible with the different Oral B units in my house. They are offered at a fraction of the price. The box containing the brushes is labelled in German and the brushes are manufactured in China. I compared the brushes with my branded ones, and they look very similar. They have 3 different colored nylon bristles of different lengths. The bristles are soft and not abrasive around the gumline. Each pack contains four different colored banded brushes to give each family member a separate color. I'm very pleased with these replacement heads. I've been using one for a few weeks and it provides the same cleaning as my original brush. I expect it to last for the full 3 months until I replace it as per the manufacturer's suggestion.
