The media could not be loaded. I used them to remove Flex Seal from some cement stairs I had accidentally applied. The quality of the bristles is excellent and to have all the sizes is a big plus. They saved me hours of effort and labor. I was able to remove the glue, which by its nature is very difficult to remove because it was already cured, much more easily than with a putty knife. Plus, since they come in various sizes and sizes, I was able to remove the glue from hard-to-reach areas, even with a putty knife, without damaging the cement surface I was working on—a job that could have taken weeks, but took me two days, a couple of hours each day. These worked great on some old BBQ grates. Dishwasher and scrubbing only did so much. These wheels made the grates look like new. Nice to have a variety of wire brushes and they will come in handy for those times you need to clean up a little metal and don't want or need to fire up the bench grinder (with a wire wheel). My bench grinder is in a cupboard due to space so these will be extra handy. Just put them in a drill. I gave three of them a workout on the old grates and the wire wheels still look brand new.
