I heard about this brand from the hookah subreddit so I decided to give these coals a try. Note: cocourth sells two shapes - cubes and flats. There are two ways to determine which shape you have just from looking at the box. If the count of coals is 72, then it's the cubes. If the count is 96, then it's the flats. Also, the box for cubes has a blue flame on the front while the flats box has a green flame. These coals don't spark while lighting as much as other coals I've tried. They also don't smell as much. Don't get me wrong...there's a burning smell for sure but it's just not as strong. Like other cubed coals, these take about 12 minutes to fully light using a simple electric stove. Read more

Pretty ashless as described which is great using a HMD - that said I’m not sure I’d describe them as odorless. They STINK while being lit - somewhere between charcoal (duh) and a burning pickle (the food). The smoke has been comparable to Superior or Titanium though in use so far and good large cubes.
