I recently purchased this item to charge multiple devices at one time and to take up less space and plug ins. I felt this unit would also cut down on bulk when traveling! I purchased proper cables to work with the unit and have not had any problems. I noticed the unit only activates what ever plug ins you are using at the moment. If a device is fully charged it shuts off the plug in on the unit. It has light indicators showing active charging. I am very happy with this purchase. I am glad I caught it on a sale..scoring it for less than $40. Devices now a days rarely come with the actual plug ins, just their chords. Cheaper than buying single plug ins for each device that I needed to buy for. I am very happy with this purchase. I will buy more for other people on my household to consolidate space and for them to travel with. I will recommend this to friends and family and share on my influencer store front. Buy It!! I'm traveling today and have my MacBook Pro, 2 iPhones, Apple Watch, iPad, nightlight, apple ear pods either charging or operating (plus 3 unused USB ports) all connected to this 1000 Watt Charging Block. Not stable, the cord that plugged from unit to electrical outlet kept malfunctioning and falling off by just breathing. After only a few days I initiated a return and purchased another one.
