Thus far these are the only extra strength that truly are extra strength. The strips are wider than some other name brand wide strips that I have used. The adhesive makes them grip like a really good bandaid. Seals to the nose all the way around. Hard to start and peel off the nose as well. One thing I learned with another brand strip is to bend them between thumb and index finger, adhesive side out. And touch it to some tissue paper. This makes the strip adhere less to the bridge of the nose and not take skin when peeling off. No need to stick to the bridge as the strip is pulling the sides of the nose. Read more

Here's what I can say about these nasal strips. They are not as good as the Breathe Right large strips that I was using, but the price of those was getting out of hand. I looked at alternatives and found these. They do get the job done, but I just wish the plastric strip embedded in these was a bit stronger. Here are some things to know about these: 1. My routine has always been to apply these after a night time shower. If that isn't possible, it's important you clean the application area well to limit oils. I always apply within 15-20 minutes of getting out of the shower. 2. When applying, I keep my index fingers pressing on the far ends of the strip for about 10 seconds to warm the adhesive for better adhesion. 3. If you follow those two steps, these things stick better than any Breathe Right strip I've ever used. For example, I'd say once or twice a week, I'd have a Breath Right strip give way on one side, but I've never had that happen. But, I don't think these apply quite as much pressure as the large heavier duty Breath Right strips did. 4. If you have sensitive skin, these may have too much adhesion to make it uncomfortable to remove. Holding a damp warm/hot towel against your nose for 10-20 seconds can make them easier to remove. Overall, I'm pleased with these. They have some pros and cons, but for the price, they're hard to beat. I just ordered my second box, so I have been using them for a few months now, and while not quite as good as the name brand strips out there, they do get the job done at a fraction of the cost. I've tried some of the other generic strips which were trash. These are the only ones I've ever bought where I reordered. I deducted a star for the somewhat difficult nature of removing them, and for the plastic strip not being quite as thick as the Breathe Right strips. Read more

These do stay on all night and work well but, be careful when removing, they will tear your skin. Slow and easy and you will be fine. Read more

I have tried several brands of nasal strips over the last 5+ years and this brand is the best one I have used. It stays on all night AND does not pull off any of my skin when removing the next morning (in fact, it is very easy to remove). It is made of very soft material of medium thickness. It is easy to apply. I find it gives me the most relief if I leave a gap on top (not letting the strip touch the top of my nose - only attached to the sides). It stays in place while sleeping. These are an absolute godsend for those of us who can’t tolerate the rigid plastic of some of the “name brand” nose strips. I would always end up ripping those off on my sleep due to discomfort. These are flexible with just enough rigidness to hold the airway open. My asleep-self is comfortable enough to leave it on all night and I am waking up so much more refreshed now that I can breathe properly! I have a small nose and was worried about the size but no issues there. I don’t find it painful to remove in the morning - it’s sticky but the adhesive doesn’t irritate my skin. 10/10 will be switching to these for the long haul. Read more
