These are really good resistance bands. I like how they come with different levels to them. They also do come with instructions as well and I like how they also come with a bag that you can put them away in. These are a great addition to my workouts every week and not a single one of them have broken or ripped apart, so I’m glad that they’re very durable. Well, worth the investment. Read more

This 5‑pack of resistance bands is a great option for group workouts or anyone looking for variety and durability. Each set comes with five color‑coded bands ranging from X‑Light to X‑Heavy, making it easy to match the right resistance level to different fitness needs. The natural latex material feels strong and professional‑grade, holding up well to daily use in pilates, yoga, strength training, and even rehab exercises. I especially appreciate that each kit includes its own pouch and guide, which keeps things organized and hygienic—perfect for gyms, schools, or team sessions where multiple people are using them. The bulk pack design makes distribution simple and saves time during setup, and the portability means they’re easy to carry for workouts anywhere. The only downside is that, like most latex bands, they can roll up during certain exercises and have a slight rubber smell when first opened. Still, the overall quality, versatility, and value make this a reliable choice for group training or personal fitness Read more

These bands work well! So far, they seem pretty sturdy and will hopefully hold up for a while. It is nice that they do some labeled and tell you the strength level on each band. It is also nice that it comes with its own pouch to store them, too. They do roll sometimes, but I have yet to find a rubber fitness band that doesn't do that, though. Read more

Have used a number of cheap elastics in the past to try to get more stretching in between workouts with mixed results. So far these have worked without issue. Consistent stretch across bands and a wide array of resistances. The elongation is linear and feels natural. They return to form and don't seem to deform like cheaper bands over time. Haven't broken any yet, nor do I fear that one might give up on me mid workout. Great assortment for the price. Read more

A four star because they aren't like AMAZING, though I'm not sure what would make them so. They are exactly what they are sold as. Read more

When I ordered these, I was expecting fairly lightweight loops, but they are actually really solidly made, and the inclusion of the X-Heavy (which is actually the most intense resistance band I have) is awesome. They have held up to pretty regular use so far, and they don't feel like they are getting loose or weak, and the broad range of resistance of resistance options is awesome.. Read more

I have bands all over the place in my house, I basically want to keep myself set up for endless working out possibilities. These are well priced, and function perfectly, and the little storage bag is also nice so they don't get scattered too quickly. I use the heavy and 2nd from the heaviest the most, the others are to light for me, but no issue at all, they last forever. Read more

These are good. Definitely work for the purpose. There is a definite pictorial rating on each band, from very light, which feels just thicker than surveyor’s tape, though tougher to break- to light, medium, heavy resistance and very heavy. The heaviest level band doesn’t feel at least 4 times thicker than the lightest, materialwise. The bands are not supposed to be stretched past 2 and a half times thier width-and for a large boned person, that does seem too limited a range, but they successfully stretch longer without feeling like they will snap. It’s convenient and easy to have them near for desk workouts if you’re in an environment that works- because subtle muscle stretches that make you feel more energetic on finish, can be done while listening to zoomed meetings or reading long reports, etc. Great multitaskers. They do smell stinky just a bit on taking them from the plastic sleeves but that disapates quickly on use. And the little pamphlet that shows a dozen or so exersizes - most with lower body, needing floor work, is a convenient starter. Though I wish there were more that could be done seated. Or in bed before rising, that sort of gradual start. All in all, I hadn’t used this type of aid before and it’s just so portable and easy and customizable, I’m now a believer. Read more
