Biggest piece of junk I've ever seen. The reset button isn't lined up with the hole its supposed to be in so you can't set it up. Had to make the hole a little larger just to have the rest button fall off the board when I was finally able to push it so still can't be set up. Read more

The instructions are not explained very well in some areas"like 2.4 GHz versus 5GHz. Called both carriers for help & nothing. Bought new sd card128GB/195speeds MBs**read still no camer from device to phone. Contacting there is no number for verbal help just an e-mail address, good luck with that. I recommend getting one that works with out Wi Fi just internet! Very disappointed!! Read more
I’m disappointed with this product. It fails to connect to Wi-Fi, and the provided instructions are not helpful. After plugging it in, no indicator lights appeared. I was unable to connect to the app, as it repeatedly asked me to set up Wi-Fi even though my network was functioning. Given these issues, I don’t recommend this product.
