has done for my knee than physical therapists
Hoenstyly, this tape has done for my knee more than my physical therapists. I don't understand how it works, but it does relieve my knee pain somehow, and is comfortable to wear, does not tug my sensitive skin, and I have been wearing it for over a month now (so is fairly reusable). Read more
10Pcs Kinesiology Tape for Knees
I prefer precut KT to the standard types. Unfortunately, this was a big bust! These came in a plastic wrap and that’s it. I didn’t use it right away and stored it with my other precut KT. Since these have no labeling or instructions on how to place them, I thought they were for the shoulder. The only reason I remembered them is because I was browsing for precut knee KT and saw that I had ordered these. The lack of labeling and instructions are a fail. I shouldn’t have to come to the product page to know how to place them These are easy to place on the knee. The shape ensured that there was no crinkle in the tape, laid flat against the skin. Lastly, and most importantly, they do not stay on. The pictures are after a 10K. Removal was shortly after the pictures and it was fairly easy to remove, especially since they were removing themselves. I don’t know if a hairy leg, coupled with a decent amount of sweat, is a deterrent and I don’t know if a hairless leg is better, but it’s definitely a disappointment. Read more
