It's easy to use, the attachments are easily assembled/interchangeable, it's a breeze to store in my small apartment closet, and heats quickly/works effectively. Awesome handheld steam cleaner! It’s perfect if you own a mastiff and have drool all over your house. It lifts stubborn gunk easily. Heats quickly, has a long, sturdy cord, and a large handle. The touch pad is easy to use with 3 clear settings. It manages to run for about 20-30 minutes straight on a small amount of water. The assorted attachments seem to meet all my cleaning needs. I do wish I could purchase replacement attachments but haven’t found that option yet. I’ve only used the steamer a few times but can foresee me wearing the attachments out over time. I absolutely love this steam mop, it is so flexible with all the accessories it comes with. It heats up and steams quickly, is simple to use and I love being able to do the floor, and then simply change attachments and direct steam around my faucets, shower doors, and baseboards, and even a small head attachment, to do things like my oven door and outside of garbage cans. I got it for the mop function (which is quite nice), but have found the hand hose and attachments so useful for deep cleaning purposes. Great for grout! Incredible value but a bit rickety, not complaining for the price. Takes a couple minutes to heat up, haven't had any leaks so far. Read more
