Package came used
Just giving one star because I received a used package. One hat was broken, the strings where cut in crazy sizes, some so small that I couldn’t use them. The packages were open, the glue had two missing spots… I’m not returning it because I need to use them today, but it’s disappointing. Read more

I thought it was silly at first but...
When we first ordered them, I thought it was silly. But then when we use them I realized they ARE silly!! But in a good way lol. I took off 1 Star because they come unassembled. It might say that somewhere but I didn't see it so it could have been my bad for not reading more carefully but they were easy to make. We didn't end up putting the dots on top though. In the picture, the birthday girl is on the right getting to know her cousin that had just received a bad haircut at the groomers. His owner was not happy lol. Read more
