When the two relatively large boxes arrived, I thought I had made a terrible mistake. No way a quality sofa is those two boxes. This is going to be another one of those "looks great in the picture" but is built horribly and won't last. I was wrong. By the time we were slicing the vacuum-packed cushions open, we started feel more positive about the purchase. And after assembly (which was not difficult), one sitting changed everything. This sofa rocks!! We can seat the entire family easily. And the cushions feel great. The sofa is so roomy, the grand kids (four and seven year old) slept on it and had plenty of room. They prefered this to their small bunk beds. We own a couple rental condos - of which this is one. We'll probably buy another one of these for the other unit. Read more

I love this couch so much so soft and love the arm storage. When it arrived in two boxes my husband and I couldn't believe a whole couch could fit into two boxes but every piece was accounted for and when it was put together it was so easy to follow the instructions. Read more

UPDATE: 08/15/25 5 STARS FOR THE SELLER. The color is not exactly as expected; however, the seller was extremely accommodating in resolving the issue. Their prompt communication and offered solutions are truly commendable. While I’m still searching for the perfect shade to match my décor, I would gladly do business with this company again. FIRST - 08/10/25 - I only received part of the item. The color shown on the website was a beautiful light grey, but the one I received is a dark shade, almost black. This couch is definitely more for looks than comfort! You can't sit on it without slipping off! We have to tuck a blanket in to be able to sit on it without slipping off! My next issue is with how low the backrest is. Definitely not intended for longer periods of time, because your neck starts to hurt unless you have it up against a wall and pillows behind it , the pillows it comes with are useless because they're made of the same material as the couch so the slip right off too ughh. We can't make it through a movie on this thing it's so uncomfortable ! It also took much longer to assemble than we thought . Read more
