Not usually one to leave a review but this couch has exceeded our expectations and we only opened it up an hour ago. It's firm (supportive) but so comfortable, friggin' massive, high quality and soft fabric that actually matches the online color in richness and vibrance, and was extremely easy to set up. It's also not too low for my pregnant self to get up off of it with ease. It has a bit of a smell that will go away in time but if I were packed tightly in cellophane wrap for a few weeks, I'd probably smell too.
