Got it to clean baseboards and windows. Works well. BUT Shoots lava water out everywhere at you and makes a mess. It got the job done for a cheaper price. But I probably would’ve rather spent a little more and not have to put 5 towels down to catch the spray/dripping. And to not have the burn unit on stand by. Windows have never looked better tho! LOL to be fair I’ve never used another steamer to compare whether that happens with all steamers or not. Read more
The media could not be loaded. This recommendation is a hard NO if you ask me. I tolerated the knocking of the appliance for 2 minutes, not only were there no steam coming from the unit. The reservoir that holds the water begin to heat up. I'm not talking about a slight temperature, I'm talking about it could have burned my hand if I kept it there longer than 45 seconds. I don't feel like this steamer is durable at all . I think actually if it is knocked over on the right ceramic floor it will actually bust. There is no cleaning power because there is no steam to clean with. This is a horrible value for the money . I felt like I should have probably paid $10 for this and maybe I could have used the attachments. I was excited to get the attachments and clean my couch, in the bricks around my fireplace, this unit did not allow me my satisfaction. Upon pouring out the water I hear something rattling inside, maybe that last picture is actually supposed to be attached so that the steam can penetrate the cloth. Steam mop works great! It heats up within seconds and cleans well. My only concern is the long part of the handle is a bit flimsy so I'm not sure if it will last if you put to much pressure on it while mopping. For the money its a good steam mop. Read more

The Velcro part that connects to the pad, doesn’t sit flush to the floor. Not made of durable material. I’ve had a couple steam cleaners and this is my least favorite one I’ve purchased. Also, it doesn’t heat up and work as well as the other ones I’ve used. I steam cleaned tile after having tile work done and it didn’t pick up any dirt or debris. I went in with the regular mop, and it picked up a lot more than the steam cleaner did which was shocking. Read more
