Light and easy to handle, like the fact that the handle can move in various directions, sideways etc vs being just front back. Doesn’t make much noise. Steam quantity feels good. Been mainly used on tile and haven’t used on hardwood yet. Had previously mopped with regular mop and then used the steam mop. it showed how dirty the floors were still after a standard mopping. This steam mop is a gamechanger. I used to clean my floors with a normal mop and hot water. It did not clean all the spots, so eventually got on the floor and wiped with a rag and rubbing alcohol.
