I wasn't sure what to expect when I got the queen mattress from the box, but after opened it and let it sit flat and expand for a couple days, I did a test sleep and I am happy with how it feels on my back and my overall sleeping posture. It is medium firm as stated, I could feel my back and my body is fully supported once I lay on the bed. It is indeed 12 inch height as stated. I must say this bad is nothing like my last bed. It’s soft and the memory foam does its job, but it is super firm, with no type of bounce at all. I naturally flopped on it, it’s rock solid.
