To give a few small suggestions, the tooth-side of the pieces could be slightly concave instead of flat. Because they’re flat, they can sometimes shift or slip out of place while using them. It’s not a dealbreaker, but a small design tweak like that would make them even better. It would also be nice if the two sets were slightly different sizes for different sized mouths. Overall, for the price, build quality, and the fact that you get two full sets with cases, this is a really solid purchase. I got these for my teens who have been ‘mewing’ since a defined jawline has become all the rage. I was impressed with the packaging and the quality look of the individual pieces. They also come with a nice and secure holding case. There are 3 different colors which represent different strengths. The instructions are clear and well written, explaining exactly how to use. Unfortunately, both of my children developed very sore jaws after using for a couple days. I’m not sure if this was due to overuse or size. All of chewers are the same size (different hardnesses), but not all mouths and teeth are. Since I can’t say if this product would actually meet its claims if used for the entire 30 days, my review is neutral. I would probably give another half star if I could for packaging, as the item seems quality, it just wasn’t for us. Read more

These little exercisers are way better than the one I had previously, although admittedly I haven’t used it in years. They fit in the mouth well and stay put while you bite down. Even the beginner color white is pretty intense for someone just starting out. I could absolutely feel the muscles of my jawline engage as I was using these, and have no doubt I would’ve seen results had I been able to continue using. (Yes some soreness is to be expected, your jaw muscles are just like any other muscle in the body and will experience the same type of soreness other muscles do when you haven’t used them that way for a while… think returning to the gym soreness) While there is a very tiny piece of paper included that instructs to use for 10 minutes daily, this time frame seemed WAY too long for beginners and is SO vague! There needs to be more instruction on HOW to use- where to place in mouth, how to bite down, how long to bite down, how long to release. I’m also guessing some people are possibly placing these between the FRONT teeth and biting down, which isn’t good for the teeth. Unfortunately I have an ear condition and these really exacerbated the tinnitus I have, so I had to stop using. But overall great product that just needs more instructional info included with it.
