Some reviews indicated the AC plug was flimsy and felt like it would break off and that the built in charging cables were extremely difficut to pull out. I found this not to be the case. The bank seemed well made and sturdy and charged my phone from roughly 50% to 100% in about 30 minutes or so. The charging cables on each side pulled out quite easily. The only complaint I have and not really a complaint I guess is the length of the charging cable, it is very short, maybe about 5 inches. Would have been nice if the cables were a bit longer and could be retracted, but overall the bank does the job. Read more

This item is helpful and it charges fast. I’m giving it 4 stars because it’s hard for me to pull the plugs out with my nails. My daughter has a different brand of wall charger purchased from Amazon similar to this and it’s easier to pull the cords and plug out of hers. If you have short nails, you will probably have no issue. Otherwise, the size and durability are good. Choose wisely. Read more
