Great couch! It fit perfectly in the space I had in mind. It’s so big and comfy! The instructions were a little weird but not too complicated to figure out. We are making it our movie night couch and will be setting up our projector on the wall across from it. My bf is pretty tall and when we pulled out the center cushion, he looks tiny! it is a nice couch. very soft and comfortable. it is has some squishyness and firmness. It has the firmness expected for a new couch, so it will soften up with time. already had a movie night with my family of 6 and most everyone fell asleep. the pull-out bed is nice to give other people the feel of having a chaise lounge. it is very easy to pull out and push back in. the chaise has a TON of storage. delivered about 2 weeks early by CEVA, and the delivery driver was extremely nice. he asked me where i wanted it, and he dropped it off in my garage like i asked because i wasn't ready to set it up where i wanted it. 2 of the 3 boxes aren't too bad to move, i did have an appliance dolly, but the box that has the longer couch section is extremely heavy. I had to move it to the patio door at the back of my house down a hill with my 10 year old son helping me, and it took everything i had. giving it 4 stars only for a couple reasons. i was replacing a couch that had cup holders and charging stations. this couch has no cup holders, and only one charging port in one of the arms. i dont know why they put a charging port in only 1 of the arms. I put some skinny tables behind the couch that have cupholders and charging ports. the other reason for the 4 stars, installing the feet is a huge pain in the you know what. they couldn't have supplied cheaper hardware. I had to dig into my supply of wood screws because the ones they supplied kept breaking the heads off. All-in all, it is a nice couch. I am not sure i would put it in my living room where there would be more people sitting on it more often, but as a man cave couch, it is perfect. Read more

The seller was so amazing and nice, they answered all my questions promptly. You do have to set up a appointment for delivery which they will call you so make sure your number is correct. It is delivered by a semi truck, Estes is the company and they were super helpful and nice also. I will say the directions were confusing because the parts were mislabeled but it wasn't too hard to figure out , also put the legs on first!! So you don't have to flip the couch upside down after it's assembled because this couch is super heavy and very sturdy and to be honest I am shocked at the price of this couch for the quality. We absolutely love the texture of this sofa—the "faux rabbit fur" is incredibly soft and makes movie nights very cozy. It looks great in the living room now that it's set up. However, the delivery experience wasn't perfect. One of the cushion covers arrived with a noticeable tear right out of the box. I contacted the seller, and while they were quick to agree to a replacement, the process got messy. I was initially charged for the UPS shipping on the replacement part, which didn't feel right for a damaged item. To their credit, once I reached out again, they refunded the shipping cost immediately. It took a little extra effort to get everything sorted, but the customer service ultimately came through, and the couch itself is worth it. Read more
