Came charged out of the box. Easy to set up. Connects really well to my items like laptop and car. Had no issues upon turning on and syncing music from my library. Music sounds great. It does come with a lot of pre-installed items. Honestly just deleted them to save on battery life about 5 days worth of music till it needed to be charged. Only use it as a music device. Read more
Storage: It's not clear if your system puts the usage in the built in 64GB or put's some in SD Card, which I replace with 128GB. When I first turn on, it has a pop up and say, My card is not being read, Re-install. It appears to be wrong for when I go to settings and Storage, it appears to be working. Any help here would be appreciated. Tommy Kornegay, So far so good. Also the Re-set hole does not appear to be a hole and if it is, no Paper insert device was in the package. Please help here. I've looked over the Storage and it does not seem to be a way to pick the built in Memory or the 128GB I up-graded. Read more
