I love this player. The screen is big enough to accommodate my clumsy fingers on the touch screen, but still very compact. The menus are easily maneuverable. It has options to add folders to both the internal device and external card. It works seamlessly with Windows to move files to and from the device. The main complaint I have is that the instruction manual is very vague and only covers the main functions. I had to google "SWOFY M4 [insert function you are trying to figure out] in order to figure out anything past the main menu. Also, I did not have any success so far in creating playlists. I created them on windows and they transferred to the device, but I do not see anywhere in the menus where the playlist shows up. I am using the folder functionality as my playlists and that works for me. I left off 1 star due to the (lack of proper) instructions and the difficulty/inability to make a functional playlist. Maybe with the right instructions I could make the playlist, but playlists are also a pain in the butt to maintain, so I'll stick with using the folders. For the price point especially, this is all in all a great little player. Read more

This is just an OK MP3 player that is Bluetooth 5.3 compatible with my 5.3 speakers. Howsumbutever, the touch screen is not ready for prime time. I have to touch off the side of the icons to get them to operate. This is very frustrating because each icon has it's own sweet spot. Additionally, you have to choose or connect to your Bluetooth speaker each time you turn on the MP3 player, instead of the player automatically turning on Bluetooth connectivity. If it wasn't for its' Bluetooth 5.3 combability as opposed to 10 year old 5.0 technology like most other MP3 players, I probably would have returned this device to Amazon. Read more
