I picked up this cute dinosaur water bottle for my grandkids to use. I wish I had purchased two instead of one because now they are fighting over it! They are SO into dinosaurs right now, and the dino designs on the bottle are so cute! The water bottle is very sturdy, and I like that the straw is made of hard plastic, so they won't be able to bite through it like many of the soft silicone straws we've had in our other kids' water bottles. This water bottle was ordered for my dinosaur loving 5yo daughter. Bottom line: she loves it! The blue color has green tones and is more of a teal/torquoise/robbin’s blue instead of a traditional blue. This gives it more of a girl-friendly vibe to it. It may be dinosaur decorated, but it doesn’t give a strong boy-vibe. While this design would traditionally be geared to boys, in person, it gives a more gender-neutral feel. It comes with a straw. However, ain’t no one got time for that. Washing it won’t happen in my house, so I simply removed the straw. She is still able to drink just fine from the mouthpiece by simply tipping it like a cup. My preference is an open mouthpiece, but this one still works without leaking. The size is perfect for a young child. Good quality water bottle for kids. It's an insulated bottle, so it keeps drinks cold. It's also a nice size bottle, not too large but still holds about 16oz. When the straw nozzle is closed, it doesn't seem to leak, so that's a plus. My only caveat is that the nozzle is a bit tough to open. My 3 year old struggled a bit to open it the first few times, as it's a bit stiff. But overall, really like this water bottle! Read more

I love good thermals, especially ones that keep my water super cold for hours. This one does not. My 2-year-old would walk around with my water bottle and so I got his own. It does keep it cold, but not as long as mine. And once that water is warm, he won't drink it. Its a good size, especially for a little one, and easy to clean. No leaks and will last a long time.
