It’s a good MP3 player and does what it’s supposed to. However, the Bluetooth is a major issue. Sometimes my earphones will connect—but only after several attempts—and other times they won’t connect at all. Even when they do connect, the sound can cut in and out with noticeable interruptions. I originally bought this for my sister, and she mentioned having the same Bluetooth problems, although she still liked the device overall. I thought it might have been an issue with her earphones, so I bought one for myself, but unfortunately, I experienced the same problems. At this point, I’ll probably just stick to using wired headphones. However, that's completely fine. I still like it. I just wish the Bluetooth wasn't an issue. Read more

The media could not be loaded. Bluetooth does not work. I cannot find the mp3 player and it cannot find my phone or laptop. Downloaded a song from laptop to test it out, but it wont play. It just shows an hourglass and restarts itself. Very cheaply made. Read more
