None of the buttons are what you think they are. None match up to the instructions given in the booklet. Bluetooth seems to work, but will not pair up with my Subaru. Had two other Sony MP3 players that were no problem to pair. All in all, a disappointing product. Would not buy again. Read more
Confusing coming out of the box. The Button layout didn't match the instruction booklet. No FM radio that I can find. Plays MP3 files fine, and is why I bought it. Says it has a built in speaker which it does not. Did not try to connect to Bluetooth, but I'm guessing it's not able to since I see no Bluetooth settings or showing up as an option. You get a micro SD card with the unit to expand storage, but the unit has 16GB storage without the card. Not a horrible unit, but not as advertised. Read more

I just got the MP3 player today. I'm an Uber driver, and I use an MP3 player for very low background music. First, the charger is not a standard USBC. I really hate that. Second, the buttons are not intuitive at all. The buttons you would think you would use to navigate the screen do NOT navigate like you assume they would. There are two buttons on the side, that *should* be volume, but instead, they are not volume buttons. The up and down arrows on the front are the volume buttons. It's terrible. Then we get to the software. I'm still trying to navigate, and so far it's not super easy. I have another MP3 player that cost me $10 less. I wanted to replace it because the blue tooth isn't always reliable, but maybe I'll go buy it again because this one is terrible so far and it's only been 30 minutes. Read more

Mp3 player "technically worked" for playing mp3 files but (1) Data transfer to the external memory card resulted in it heating up the external SD card/device, burning a family member's finger and rendering the SD card dead. (2) FM radio couldn't tune more than a couple of high powered stations even in a large market with no RF obstructions, and after compensating by using a long dipole wire pair in place of headphones. Audio from FM receiver output was poor and audio quality from mp3 (DAC) output was highly compressed and about what you would expect (likely <$1 DAC/opamp circuit). Had to ultimately return for safety reasons. Read more
