The couch arrived quickly and in two separate boxes. I ordered the L-Shaped 4 seat sofa. I live in an apartment with stair access, so the thought of lugging a traditional full sized couch up the stairs and assembling it did not really appeal to me. In this regard, the couch get's 5/5 stars from me. Within 20 minutes, I had my couch up the stairs, and ready for use. My main complaint is the claimed 18 inches for the height of the seats. I measured 14 inches, which quite substantially lowers the couch to the ground. The backrests are also quite low, and the included pillows aren't the best. I went with this model over others due to the fine grained pattern. Others seem to have a more wide Corduroy wavy pattern that did not appeal to me. Each section of the couch is it's own individual part. For the 4-seat sofa, you will receive four individual parts that you align together. The velcro under each is not set up in a manner that makes it easy to secure them together, as it's facing the same way. I occasionally have to nudge a portion to re-align it with the others. The couch is relatively firm, but comfortable. It was ready for use within minutes of letting it expand out of the packaging. It did not expand much more after leaving it for 24 hours. Other than that, I am overall happy with my purchase. It saved my back some pain, and also saved me the frustration of assembling a traditional couch that would cost much more. Still some fabric wrinkles 2 weeks later but I love this sectional!! Firm yet has just enough give. A nice affordable. There are no directions for the Velcro straps underneath to keep sections together. I do t think I did it correctly. Some more explanation on how to use the Velcro and those weird buckles would have been nice. Option. Read more

Super comfy couch that’s easy to move around and rearrange for any room. The bottom of each section has Velcro and a hook so you can keep the modular pieces in place connected to each other it’s really convenient. It was delivered in three big boxes with 2 sections per box they came a day before they said it was expected so that was nice but it might be an inconvenience for some so keep track of the tracking number when you get the information. The pillows aren’t worth writing home about but that’s fine the actual couch is firm but still lets you sink in and relax. It’s true to the measurements in the description. Definitely worth the price easily a third the price of a brand new more traditional wood framed sectional couch of the same quality. Read more
