What is this magic?!
Pros: 1) So easy to grip! I have peripheral neuropathy (as a side effect of a medication). I cannot hold a glass with ice comfortably. This was a game changer! I can “feel” it is cold but it is not unbearable! The first time my husband grabbed a glass, “Holy cow! This is so comfortable! I really like these!”. The ridges enable a firm grip. The weight is comfortable with or without drinks. 2) I filled a glass half full of ice and poured a 12 oz can of soda. It took all but a sip. Drank from the glass and poured the remainder. Works for me. 3) No condensation! I was skeptical of the description. Contributed to the ease of the grip. 4) They are beautiful! 5) I would say a durable safe glass. 90 yo mom emptied the hot dishes from the dishwasher to the counter to cool off before storing. A mug was dropped over the glasses. Ceramic mug shattered. A glass cracked significantly but did not shatter. Catastrophe avoided, I would say due to the design and the quality of the glasses.
