Excellent length. I'm 5'3" with a 29" inseam; 168#, 37" waist. I ordered a Large and it fit very well - even the waist was comfortable. These come just below my knees - which is what I wanted. The material is smooth and comfortable. The big plus for me is that it not only has side pockets but also has a FRONT waistband pocket (which is where I like to keep my car-key fob.
