Replacement dfash clips.
When your pulling the face plate for the stereo from most modern cars they tend to use these clips. If your just going to reuse the face plate again that usually isn't a problem, but if you try to pull them off to put on a replacement built for your new stereo they tend to get damaged or break the tabs on your old plate making it hard to put it back in someday if needed. The plate I got for my car did not have the clips so I had to pry them off my old one and you know what usually happens. This you can put them on your new plate or have them around in case your old one looses them or they get damaged and avoid the issues I mentioned.
