Hookah This is a single person hookah, with a silicone bowl. At first I wasn’t a fan of the bowl being made of silicone, I typically prefer glass or ceramic. But it works pretty nice actually. The reason it works is the coal pot on top. The bottom of the pot fits into the silicone bowl. The lid easily comes apart by lifting the handle of the lid. The handle is also used to open and close the damper holes to adjust the coals. This means that you don’t need foil. Just toss the coals into the pot. The holes at the edges are just above where you put the shisha so you can just move the coals to the perfect spot. There’s only the single hose, which I prefer. The other side has a carb with a flap inside to regulate the air/smoke flow. I like that the gasket where the tube connects has a holder for the stem to rest in. There isn’t a tray included though. It would still be nice to be able to pull a coal out if needed and toss it on the tray. If you want to add a tray, you will need the hole to have a 3/4 inch diameter to fit. Read more

Once I saw how everything connected, it made a lot more sense. I like that it can easily be taken apart and comes with a protective carrying bag so you can bring it along wherever you want. That makes it convenient for trips or small gatherings. It works really well once it is fully assembled and performs nicely with tobacco or other material you want to use. The smoke quality is smooth and drawing a hit is easy. Just make sure you are using natural charcoal like coconut charcoal for the best experience. This hookah feels solid and well-made, especially the metal parts, which don’t feel thin or cheap. Everything arrived well protected inside bags and bubble wrap, packed neatly into a sturdy carrying case, and then placed inside a strong cardboard box. Once I slowed down and looked things over, it all made sense. The instructions weren’t the best, but with the product photos and patience, I was able to get it assembled without too much trouble. Long time ago after a trip to Egypt, I brought home a large hookah with a couple of hoses and some flavored tobacco. It lasted for a while, but was not the best construction, so I was looking into getting something better built. When I saw this portable hookah, it seemed like a great choice - smaller, more convenient and well-constructed. Once I got the set, I was even more pleasantly surprised with the quality. I really like that the hookah is easy to disassemble and has a very convenient carrying bag. The set includes everything you need for the pleasant hookah experience, except the foil, tobacco and charcoal. (I recommend coconut shell charcoal for a clean enjoyable smoking). The water base is made of thick glass, the rest of the parts are made of metal and quality silicon. I do wish that the top bowl was ceramic (in the instructions it is listed as silicon/ ceramic), but silicon is supposedly good for heat retention and flexibility. The only real cheap parts are the inhalation tips. But there are a lot of them. I think I will purchase quality replacements, once they are gone. The hookah is easy to assemble, if you are familiar with the process. If you are new to the whole hookah experience, you might want to watch some videos in the listing (which show the whole process), as the included instructions are somewhat convoluted. The hookah is easy to clean and stores conveniently in the carrying bag, so it’s always ready for use. The color is very pretty, but it came damaged in some place so that was disappointing. The assembly directions are hard to follow so it took me a lot longer than it should have to assemble it. It comes with everything but the charcoals, tobacco and foil. It would have been nice if there was a sample included, but it comes with a carrying case which is great.
