So I wish the instructions were clearer. I definitely put something on backwards towards the beginning and had to undo my work. Plus, the bars aren’t labeled so you’re looking at the instructions thinking do I have the right bar? I put it together in like 1.5 hrs by myself. Grateful the nuts and bolts were labeled. Careful when opening the box. I sliced right into the cushion of the chair (thankfully not too deep). Would have been nice to have that wrapped better. All together pretty sturdy except for the main bar with the pulley. It wobbles a bit, but nothing I’d be concerned about. My biggest concern is the safety bar at the bottom. It doesn’t hold in place for anything. After like 2-3 sit-ups it pops right off. Could be disastrous if you’re really going at it. I’ll be looking for an alternative to secure that properly. Note: does not come with weights and bar. None of these benches clearly state that. Just wanted to add that for people like me looking for it later! Read more

This was a gift for my oldest son and it was really easy to put together. Like really easy! I was able to do it by myself in less than an hour and I'm all of 5'1" 120 pounds!! I did not read that it didn't come with the barbell until after I put it together but it was a great price! Read more
