Easy to swallow great value
I love that this is small in size. I take mixed with the companies plain AHCC so I can get daily AHCC and beta glucans. Personally, I only take 1 or 2 even though suggested serving is 3 cause again I mix with the plain AHCC capsule. I take on empty stomach. Beta glucans are prebiotic and for me I notice the beneficial effects working in my intestines in the morning. Personally, I feel that 3 might be too much for me. I don't eat heavy foods and I don't eat late. So things move through me regularly. I feel this is a great product and it reduces me from having to take an additional beta glucan supplement. It helps me achieve full potential of immune system functioning at it’s peak level of performance. I want a healthy, balanced response from my immune system – one that responds to stressors but doesn't over respond. This is a concern for me as I suffer from several autoimmune diseases. Read more
