Great quality vest at great price. Was looking for something affordable but wouldn’t fall apart or rip or whatever soon after using it. So far a month in with multiple workouts a week in it and it still looks like it just came out of the box. Plates aren’t too bad, there’s 2x15lbs - I’m 6’4” 190 with decent athletic build and it fits great and super comfy even an hour into a workout. This vest is completely different! It is designed very professionally, with special compartments for placing steel plates. Once the steel plates are placed inside, they are fixed very firmly. When running, doing squats, or even doing push-ups, the steel plates won't shake or make noise. This is really very important! Read more

This item does not come with any documention for adding plates or lightning or loosing vest. Once figured out, it is a good purchase at reasonable price. It wears better than pocket weights. Read more

I may have previously reviewed this item but today on my walk it broke. I can’t fix it nor should I have to fix it. I’m very disappointed because I was loving this vest. I chose this vest over the smaller sand bag vests thinking it would last longer. I was wrong. It definitely should have lasted longer than 3 months.
