I've used this for about a week now and it's a really effective and versatile massager. I've used it on many different areas including calves, feet, shoulders, back, and legs. The 16 heads give a large area of coverage and the handles are good for getting it into position or applying more pressure if needed. The motor is strong but not too loud. It's USB C instead of a proprietary cable which is a huge plus for me. The battery life was pretty good, it lasted enough for a session. While it's mostly sturdy, I'm not completely sold on it's build quality. It's good but for the price I expected a little better, it's a little cheap feeling in some spots. It came with directions and a charging cable, but you need to supply your own charge block. It works well for backs, shoulders, legs, and feet. It has multiple settings and also has a heating light which can be turned on or off. It has helped my husband tremendously with muscle pain so far. It is meant for targeting a larger surface area as opposed to individual muscles, but it has a lot of vibration strength to it. I like that it is rechargeable and runs fairly quietly. Most of the people I know wouldn't turn down a decent massage. By the same token, most such offers tend to be few and far between! This product was ordered to reduce that interval. The package arrived over night which was a day earlier than originally anticipated. The massager was safe and sound inside its well designed retail box. This product is rather impressive in both size and shape. Due to its 2-3/4 pound weight, it also has heft. The housing seems sturdy right down to the D-shaped handles on either side. Its internal, rechargeable battery arrived nearly fully charged which meant the massager was ready to go right out of the box. It uses 16 heads (round, reciprocating balls) to effect the massage. The active area is about 6-1/2" by 6-3/4" which provides good coverage. I suppose the "gun" terminology comes from the "firing" of those balls as they move inward and outward. No matter what it is called, it packs a significant punch. Even on the lowest of the nine intensity settings. There are also nine mode settings which vary the frequency of the reciprocations. Given the unit's specifications, I estimate that it might operate up to one hour on a fully charged battery. However, the built-in, ten-minute timer will limit the duration of each session. The reason for the timer is said to be for safety. Which might be a valid concern given this unit's punching power.
