The massager has easy to use controls. Simply hold down the power button to switch on or off. The + and - buttons increase or decrease the power. As one can see in the photo, there are 16 heads that all vibrate. Straps are included so one can hold the massager against ones back. It works very well. The vibrations are powerful and I felt good relief of aches and pains to my back and hip area. Be careful around the neck if you are sensitive to vibrations. It made me a little dizzy it was so powerful. I turned the power down to about 30 and it helped alleviate the dizzy problem. The video below shows how the heads vibrate.
