Bad product for a high price tag.
Overheats easily, doesn’t charge well, sound quality is bad, it’s terribly slow, the interface is hard to use, and the storage is not as advertised. It is listed as 160GB but it got full after only a few downloads. Read more

Nice device, but keeps on sending you unwanted apps to install, then will not install them.
Device does allow me to listen to music streaming services, Audiobooks, Saved Music files, video, and allows me to visit Facebook Amazon. Sound quality is very good on either wired or wireless headphones. These are all positives. Now for the Negatives: Comes with apps that will not uninstall, and if left idle for a minute bloatware appears, wanting me to either update applications or add new ones. Which is not all that bad except it will not install the apps and keeps reminding me to install. Although this device is nice, I am seriously considering discontinuing its use and looking for a better choice. Read more
