I agree with A. You need their conversion tool, and a decoder which I could not find. Also, need DirectX 9 or later, I have DirectX 12 and still doesn't work. I wrote them and received no reply. A word of caution, if you plan to download movies or audiobooks from a site that has DRM (license protection) such as iTunes etc. you won't be able to convert it even with all the necessary coders and decoders. You'll have to purchase a tool to remove the DRM. Other than that, it's a nice, easy player to use and has surprisingly good sound with the earphones.
