So farI have no complaints. The real test will be how well it holds up after it has been used for a much longer period of time. But I really like it so far. I am using mine for my 17+" DVD player which is heavier than my laptop. It is a perfect fit! And there are more pockets than I expected which allows me to pack accessories without worrying about scratches. That isn't including the small inside pockets or the separate large pouch that's included. It's roomy, it's lined, the perfect size, the construction stiching is flawless, and I am very pleased with the dark charcoal denim look. Zippers open and close easily. Excellent. A bit heavy, out of good solid construction. Pockets everywhere, and well thought out. It even comes with a money pocket. I got it for my husband who’s been pretty curious about bags lately, until he grabbed a lunchbox for his general needs. That made it. I believe it’s very handy for travelers that need easy access to their passport. Years ago, I would have got myself one. It has a thin laptop cover on both sides. It can protect from scratches, but I wouldn’t trust it for much more. Shade short of 16x9.5. Zippers are plastic, which I prefer.
