These are absolutely perfect for someone like me - whose skin is on the dry side but still occasionally find myself with an odd pimple coming up on my shoulder or back. The patch format is so great because it allows you to target the ingredients just onto the pimple and not have to cover yourself in some anti-acne cream that is going to spread and get all over your clothing or the rest of your skin. The microdart delivery system also allows these to be relatively fast acting and you can keep the patch on for hours until you apply a new one. I had a pimple coming up on my shoulder and I used three of these over two days and it backed down! So I highly recommend these - and I love the packaging because the packets are resealable so you can keep these fresh for a long time (I don't get pimples that often so these will go back into the medicine cabinet for a few weeks at least)! These acne patches/stickers are awesome, especially for deep, under-the-skin pimples. I use pimple patches all the time and this definitely is one of my favorites because it works really well for those hard, “pre-matured” pimples lol IYKYK. I also really appreciated the thoughtful packaging. It comes with two sealed packages of 9 stickers (18 stickers total), stored in a reusable silver bag. Each of the 9 stickers are protected inside two plastic cases. Since water may melt the micro-needles, it’s clear they designed the packaging to keep each patch as effective as possible, post-delivery. The small slits on the backing also make the stickers much easier to remove. Overall, they’re well-made, effective, and great for stopping breakouts early. I definitely noticed that the pimple is noticeably less swollen after using this product. The picture I added will show how my newly popped up pimple became half of its size within one overnight use of this sticker. I’ll definitely keep these on hand bc it works!!! BTW, this a great deal bc I feel like microdart stickers are way pricier than the typical hydrocolloid pimple stickers. This is definitely a must have item in my cosmetic bag now. I’ve tried a lot of acne patches, but these microdart acne patches really stand out, especially for those painful, under-the-skin blemishes. The microdarts feel a little prickly at first, but it’s very manageable and reassuring knowing the ingredients are actually penetrating where the breakout starts. After leaving one on overnight, I noticed redness was reduced and the blemish felt less inflamed by morning. The salicylic acid helps clear clogged pores, while the madecassoside and tea tree extract calm irritation instead of drying my skin out. I also appreciate how thin and discreet the patch is. It stays on well and doesn’t peel off while sleeping. These are especially great for early-stage or deep pimples that regular hydrocolloid patches don’t seem to help much. I have always preferred the microdot style patches to the "plain" hydrocolloid ones when I'm targeting a problem (be it acne or dark pigmentation or what have you). I prefer the plain ones for general healing (like a cut). The microdots feel nice going on and also seem to help the patches have better grip so that they stick to my skin well. On the days that these arrived, I had a whitehead starting to appear on my nose, where I tend to get them during cold season (from constantly rubbing my nose with tissues, I think). the size of this was perfect for covering the area of my concern, and even though it was an awkward placement, it stuck like glue and stayed on all day and a second one stayed on all night. When I woke up the next morning, my skin was markedly clearer in that spot. It worked! After both applications, there was clearly an area on the patch where it had absorbed the icky stuff out of my skin. A pack of 18 of these for around $8 at the time of this review is an amazing deal for something that works so well and is clearly put together well. It also comes in two separate resealable pouches to keep your patches fresh. These are at least as good (and perhaps better) than the more well-known brand of a similar product. These patches have salicylic acid which is an effective fighter of acne. The patches come in two trays which are tightly sealed. The patches are very large, around the size of a dime. They are clear which is good in concealing the patch once applied to the skin. I tried one of these patches on a newly formed face blemish. I placed it on overnight and the blemish was gone the next morning without any other irritation. It worked excellent for me. It stayed stuck on my face but was easy to remove. I did cut the patch in half due to it's large size. I'm removing one star because there are only 18 in the package and they are so large. But for stubborn acne they work very well.
