I like this syrup. Do I love it? No, but flavors are a matter of taste. I have another favorite that's currently out-of-stock, since pumpkin is seasonal, so I ordered this one...probably because it's French! And I would agree that like the French this syrup is 'cultured' and 'refined'. However, I like a little more spice with my syrup, and that it doesn't deliver. But it's a pleasing flavor and whips up a nice pumpkin spice latte. So this syrup is a good runner-up to my favorite, and I will most likely purchase again.
