This is a great purchase for very little cost. It works exactly as described and takes clear images of both the forward view and the cabin view. They will email you after purchase the name of the new app and a QR code to download it. It is completely free to use. The app itself works great and allows you to view, download and delete videos. The user manual is great at explaining how to connect the camera and what settings are available, but it doesn't explain what the settings mean or clearly explain how to navigate them so there are still settings I don't understand. For the price and quality it's a great purchase. It comes very well packaged and has literally everything you need to set it up and go. We love this Dashcam so much that we ended up buying 2. It comes with a front camera and another that records the interior of your vehicle. With all the crazy news of insurance fraud, we needed to get a Dashcam that could record in high definition. This Dashcam video quality is exceptional. The 3 inch screen is large enough to see everything is recording. It comes with a radar functionality that records where you were. You can also download an app and see your recording live via WiFi. We search different models and this one was the best quality and the better value. It has multiple functions that we are still learning but we will get there. Also, it comes with everything you need. I like everything about this dash cam especially the front and back cameras, but I can't stand when I have to pay extra for app stuff. I know they got to make money somehow, but don't tease me with cool features behind paywalls. Otherwise, installation was easy because I used a rear view mirror power adaptor (FITDVR if you are interested) so I didn't have to mess around with running wires down my A-pillar so it was cake. Huge fan of the 256GB support for cards because I don't pay for any cloud services so there's that at least. 7/10 I would recommend it. I hope this review is helpful. Read more
