This sanfila brand of stainless steel cookware never disappoints! These are well worth the price that you pay for them. They hold heat incredibly well and you can cook at a much lower temperature. The stainless steel will keep your food from a lot of contaminations and there is not a non-stick coating that can chip off and get into your food and then into your body. The handles are well constructed, tight ly screwed onto the pan and a nice shape for holding. These are heavyweight pan and they cook things evenly and heat up quickly. The lids being clear are very nice so you can see your food without removing the lid and they fit on the pan perfectly. I am so impressed with these pants even though they are more costly than some. 100% love this pan. It’s my new favorite. It’s deep enough for me to cook everything in it! The heat distribution is really nice. It’s a smaller base, so that may help. It’s very easy to clean. The long handle stays cool… but the smaller handle does get hot, so be careful. It’s got a good amount of weight to it. It looks so pretty and so far has been really durable. Overall this works well. Once you watch a few youtube videos to learn how to properly heat up and cook with Stainless pans to make them non-stick this will become your favorite pan. I'm done with all the ceramic coatings, Hex, Teflon that just seem to degrade with use or have chemicals that threaten our health. This pan is easy to clean and very high quality.
