The media could not be loaded. Works great, while using 1 or both hoses. Only thing wrong with it to me is when emptying the water you can’t really get all the water out so you might have to let it sit out and air dry. Also the slot where you put the light doesn’t have any backing so the light just sits there. If you have to move the hookah you have to old the light, i put tape to hold the light in place and works fine. Read more

This is not worth the price. It took over a month to show up so I couldn’t cancel it and when I reached out I was ignored. I finally got to use the device and within the first 45 minutes there were issues. Water leaking from the base. Only to find a crack on the bottom. Probably from the way it was handled during shipping. After 2 uses and some tape since I couldn’t return the item due to its late return. The entire neck/metal pole broke. I bought the item new and the amount of wear that the item looked as if it went through you would assume I’ve had it for weeks/months. I collect hookahs so I didn’t mishandle it or cause any wear but I would like to know how is this possible. I really recommend buying from a different supplier. This was not worth it!!!! Read more
