This is a nice, light weight dumbbell/kettlebell set. The quality is very nice. The plastic seems durable. The weight plates weigh 0.25kg each. There are a total of 8 middle plates and 4 end plates. The caps on the end plates snap on and can be removed (pried off) to allow them to be used as middle plates but, it is clear they are not intended to be removed and repeatedly doing so is likely to damage them. The operation is easy. Each weight plate slides smoothly. The case has nice cushions to hold the dumbbells in place while using the set as a kettlebell. There are also cushions on the bottom of the case which protect the floor from scratches. With the individual plates being relatively light, the adjustment can be fine-tuned to tailor the weight extremely well. The set came with a soft, Velcro handle wrap which will help protect your hands from the seam in the handle when using the set as a kettlebell. I really like this set. It is easy to use and smooth in function. It has good balance and can be adjusted in very small increments. The bright color is a bonus. Read more

This is a really cool concept and great if you’re working with a smaller space. I took off one star just because it’s not as easy to adjust due to the friction of the pieces as I thought it would be. This might get better over time but for now it’s still at a stage where I’d rather not try to mess with it lol. Otherwise great and the weights are correct weights in pounds. Read more

I love that this slides together into a single unit for use as a kettle ball in addition to letting you pull it into separate weights for each arm. You have to puzzle it together upon receipt- remove the end pieces to slide additional weights into place, then slide the end pieces back- but then it's a single compact and storeable unit. These replace the light weights I've generally used for repetitions and I'm excited to finally have a kettle ball that fits in the tiny workout space available in our townhouse. Read more
